Ok so I got up this morning at 6:30am to get the kids ready for there first day of school. There ages 5 years and soon to be 8 years. First had to fix breakfast, then I had to get the tub prepared for the 8 year old so that he could wash himself up. I am feeling that he is getting to big for mommy to wash so he did it himself. He came out and i got the under clothes ready ironed his uniform and then had him put all that on while I got the five year old in the bath tub. She brushed her teeth and then I washed her up. We headed to get the hair done. I wanted to do braids but I knew pony tails were quicker. I then got her dressed yellow shirt and blue uniform skirt, with the knee socks and blue metallic sneakers from Target $22.99. Great piece for a child to have. I had to then pack the bags and ensure that they had everything they needed. We saw that it was 8:00AM so we headed out the door. I get to the school and find the kids teachers and classes and met with all staff from last year with greetings, as Anilah gets on the line a school staff came around and says to the teacher Mr. Ryan did you give the notices to the parents that today is a half day for Pre K and Kindergarten WOW!. This is something so Anilah has to be picked up at 12:00 today. WOW WOW WOW! I am thinking that I have a some hours of piece and quiet to my self and then this and to top it all off I was directed into the auditorium were there was a meeting until 10:00am. This school never surprises me. So that leaves me two hours down town and I rush home for that cup of coffee that is needed. As I sit down to write on my blog about Fashion updates I had to share my story the life of a mother day in day out. Ladies keep it fashionable.

The Eyes Say Alot

I have noticed that your eyes can say alot to people whether your on a date, a job interview, or just talking to someone you know it shows a side of you that most people have to try to figure out. I know that my eyes have always been bigger than life and they are bold. I always love to add more too them. I love to add color. Color brings the eye to an attention and makes them Pop. If you are looking to make the eye Pop then use MAC products in colors like mustard yellow, green, purple and a shimmering grey. I also like NARS products at Shepora stores everywhere. I love the pencil that takes the place of the powder shadow. It glides on easy. I use blue, green and love the black. Black is helpful for the smoky eye look. So enchance your look, by enhancing the eye.  

Look of The Day

It's hot outside ladies. What will your look be today? How will you stay cool and look like a true fashionista? First things first make sure you moisturize your face and keep it protected. I use Citaphil it helps to make my face look young and radiant and protects as well.

Woman should look for something in the closet that is of a thin material maybe a silk dress, something flowing like a nice sun dress, I have learned that in this heat a dress and skirt is a woman best option, because when you wear jeans we tend to sweat more. A dress or skirt keeps thing cool on the lower part if you know what I mean. So try a nice dress or nice blouse and skirt option.

We sure want to have a nice shoe or sandal something with open toe. Open toe shoe is cool and the feet can still breathe. So make sure you keep it sexy and comfortable ladies.

Well I have to get off to work and will continue to post my input and takes on fashion tips, what is needed and required and how we as woman can keep ourslves together in a positive classy manner. Enjoy the Day. Stay Cool.
